I've been preparing police applicants for their interviews since 2005, and I've learned that my competition is not offering enough teaching to really have the material sink in and become part of the potential candidate. A couple of hours of preparation is simply not enough. Even if it's in person.
The materials and teaching offered to you for ECI or the RCMP Interview Preparation are thorough and extensive. You are provided with templates and practice for all aspects of the interview process (not just ECI). These materials were created through years of extensive work with clients. You are taught how to hit the key points to get your scores that you need to progress. In addition, there is an entire ECI Video Course included.
Yes, you still need to deliver during the interview. Yes, you still need to be confident, articulate, and calm. If you're not already those things, then all the teaching in the world isn't going to help. It needs to come from within. You need to believe that you are the best candidate for this job. And good preparation is essential. If your answers are rock-solid, that's more than half the battle.
Look at my testimonials. They are recent. They are dated. They are real. The people who wrote them were in your shoes just a short time ago.
Be a part of it. Expedite your success!
I was sure that the best way to prepare was in person. I went ahead with another training person and to my dismay I failed the ECI. I was angry and devastated at the same time. Fast forward to six months later when I picked myself up and decided to fix this. I did my research and found Gillian's ECI Interview program and signed up. The testimonials on the Home page were what sold me. That many people couldn't be a fluke. Long story short, I just had my ECI with Hamilton and passed with flying colours. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Gillian, for offering preparation that works! Now on to the backgrounds! Next time I email you, I hope it will be with news of a job offer!
