Please bear in mind that logging in properly is your responsibility and you must wait out the timer if you trigger a lock out. In addition, please do not send multiple emails if you lock yourself out. We respond during working hours. If you do email and you end up logging in successfully after, PLEASE let us know so we don't reset your password and do other troubleshooting on your behalf.
Here are some steps to try should you lock yourself out or be refused a login by the system:
- Do not use work computers, or coffee shop wi-fi internet, or library computers.
- Check your caps lock is not on.
- Clear history and cache/cookies, restart browser, ensure browser has no updates.
- Do a hard refresh particularly on the login page itself: Control-Shift-R (PC), Command-Shift-R (Mac) - press the keys all at the same time.
- Ensure all browser windows are closed except your login page.
- Ensure all browser windows are closed on ALL devices.
- Only ONE LOGIN at a time. Don't try to login on your phone if a laptop doesn't work.
- Be sure to LOG OUT after each session. If you try to login again on a different device, the system will not let you.
- Desktop/laptop access is best for viewing the program in its entirety. The site is not meant for phones or tablets. The images are meant to be viewed in a larger format.
- Use a stable IP address, not a hotspot (not a library or coffee shop, for example).
- Use Chrome or Chrome for Mac. This is the best browser for security and timer functionality.
- If you have several browser windows open, one of them may time-out after 15 minutes, causing you to be logged out. Close browser windows not in use.
If your account expires, you may still be able to login for a period of time but you will be redirected back to the purchase page instead of the Member's area. You will receive several reminders that your account is expiring soon. These will be sent to the email address you registered with, so be sure to add us to your Contacts or else these may end up in your Junk or Spam folder. Once you are EXPIRED, your account cannot be reinstated, so the opportunity to go month-to-month is lost due to software constraints. PLEASE MANAGE YOUR PAYMENTS ACCORDINGLY.

The programs are sold intact with all components available - there is no way to break out only certain components of the programs, nor is there a price break to do so.
