Lesson 1.3 Anchor it Physically

1.

You don’t have to push — just connect.

What it means to “anchor”

Anchoring means gently bringing your attention into your body. Noticing your breath, posture, or muscle tone — without judgment. It’s not performance. It’s presence.

Question 1 of 4

2.

Choose one of three anchors

Here are three options — choose one that feels right today:

  • Place your hand over your heart or belly
  • Sit tall and press your feet lightly into the floor
  • Gently clench and release your glutes, like a grounding pulse

These small actions tell your body: “I’m here now. I’m safe.”

Question 2 of 4

3.

Do this while learning too

You don’t need to wait until you feel scattered. Anchor gently while you’re reading, writing, or preparing. This creates stability — like roots under a growing tree.

Question 3 of 4

4.

You can’t build anything if you’re floating

Learning requires grounding. Every time you anchor, you reclaim your power to focus. You are not a drifting mind — you are a whole system.
