You plan to apply to either York Regional Police Service or Peel Regional Police Service. If you've done your research by attending their information sessions you'll know that you are not required to produce a valid OACP Certificate in order to apply. And you're thinking to yourself, boy I certainly dodged a bullet there!
Don't be fooled by the fact that an OACP Certificate is not required for those services. In fact, you may not even be aware that their testing is just as hard if not more difficult than the OACP Certificate to get through. Those services, along with the OPP use another form of testing. The SIGMA SSPO (Sigma Survey for Police Officers) is a test specifically developed to ascertain if the candidate (you) meets the services benchmarks for progression in the hiring process.
So what can you do? Well, we have spent a long time crafting material that will give you the added edge when it comes to preparing for an aptitude test. After all, it's a tool used to measure your intelligence and how you fit into that services needs and requirements. By the way, you will likely never know how you fared on this test as the results are kept confidential within the service that administered the test.
Like anything in life, preparation is half the battle, the other half is desire and drive to be successful!
Don't leave your career to chance, after all you've put the time in, you have the desire, and there a lot of other people out there that want your job just as much as you!!
Let Cognitive Results help you get the skills you need so you can achieve that dream job.
THE SIGMA SSPO PROGRAM IS INCLUDED IN BOTH THE ONTARIO POLICE PROGRAM AND THE INTERVIEW PROGRAM.
